Leasing contracts at most places require at least one year minimum term. At Sweet Home California, a only 30 days minimum contract is required! What we offer is a month-to-month rental period to live in our Accommodations!

Don’t worry, we are there for you: Sweet Home California will provide you with a map showing the shopping plazas, grocery stores, pharmacies, dining places. The accommodations are supervised at all times. A Live-in staff resides in the dormitory to help residents deal with residential issues. Also, maintenance is immediately provided whenever needed.

A security deposit serves to protect the Housing Company if the resident breaks or violates the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. It may be used to cover up for damage in the premises, key replacement or for the unpaid rent.

Placement fee refers to the only one time-fee that you pay before your move in date. This means that the placement fee must always be paid in advance in order to reserve a room. This one-time fee will cover all the amenities available during your stay such as the application paper work, furnished bedroom and living room, full bedding set, kitchenware, regular maintenance, utilities, TV and Wi-Fi provided and a live-in manager who provides assistance 24/7.
Resident must give a 4-week notice before leaving our Accommodation or Homestay. Failure to comply with this then one is liable to be charged for the 4 weeks rent when they move without a 4-week notice.
The check in time in our Accommodation is between 9am -6pm. We might charge an extra fee if you check in before the reception hours. The check in time in Homestay is between 10am – 8pm.
As it is hard to find a host Family interested to host an International Student for less than a month, we require at least a 4-week minimum lease.
There’s no minimum lease for Accommodation. However, keep in mind that the reservation is based on the payment period dates.
Yes, as long as there are available rooms. The number of rooms is limited, so you should make a reservation for the whole expected period.
