ABOUT ACCOMODATIONS
This is the best option for those who like independence and meeting people from all over the world. Living in our Accommodations, makes daily life fun! The Accommodations are a fully furnished room, with options of shared, private, quad rooms, and suites depending on the location.
No meals are provided, but a fully equipped kitchen is available. All Accommodations are conveniently located close to shopping areas, colleges and bus stops.

Reservation will be concluded after the application or placement fee and the full deposit has been received
RESIDENCE FEES:

- Application Fee: $75 a non-refundable. Has to be paid before the move in date. The application fee must always be paid in advance in order to reserve a room.
- Security Deposit: $300 ($50 will be used for the cleaning fee and $ 250 is refundable if there are no damages and a 30-day move out notice is provided).

- Security Deposit: $300 (Full refundable according to the rules described in agreement).
ABOUT HOMESTAY PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
For students looking to improve their English, the Homestay experience is a priceless opportunity not only to practice conversation on a daily basis, but also to learn American customs, traditions and lifestyle.
Students who choose to live with a host family are treated as a new member of the family while enjoying homemade meals in a familiar environment. After participating in our Homestay Program, many students maintain long lasting relationships with their host families.
Homestay with meals are provided in all locations. At North East LA locations (San Gabriel area) meals are optional.
