Before submitting a request, contact Sweet Home California for housing availability for the period requested.

- OPTION 1: By Website
- You can apply online on our website:

- After applied, you'll receive an invoice with the total payment for the reservation (check the payment methods)
- OPTION 2: By E-mail
- Send your request to info@sweethomecalifornia.us, mentioning the which residence and room you are interested, moving date and period of your stay.
- Send by e-mail the following papers signed: Booking Form and Terms & Conditions
- Pay by cash or card (credit card payment authorization form), the Security Deposit and Application Fee or Placement Fee (Check FEES tab above)
Reservation will be concluded after the application or placement fee and the full deposit has been received
RESIDENCE FEES:

- Application Fee: $75 a non-refundable. Has to be paid before the move in date. The application fee must always be paid in advance in order to reserve a room.
- Security Deposit: $300 ($50 will be used for the cleaning fee and $ 250 is refundable if there are no damages and a 30-day move out notice is provided).

- Placement Fee: $300 (Non-refundable)
- Security Deposit: $300 (Full refundable according to the rules described in agreement).
